This policy describes how Flobotech AR ("we", "our"), a product of Flobotics Inc., handles personal information collected through this website (flobotech.info) and through email correspondence with us.

- Contact details you provide directly — name, email, company, phone — when you book a call or send us a message.
- Calendar metadata — booking time, calendar provider — when you schedule a call via our HubSpot link.
- Site analytics — anonymized page views, device type, referrer. We use this in aggregate, not to identify individuals.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, schedule meetings, and follow up on conversations you've initiated. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.
Third parties
We use HubSpot to schedule meetings and manage sales conversations. When you book a call, HubSpot processes your booking and stores the related information under their own privacy terms (hubspot.com/data-privacy/privacy-policy).
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies — primarily for analytics. No cross-site tracking. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting site functionality.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email karl@flobotech.info with the request. We respond within 14 days.
EU/UK residents: you have rights under GDPR. California residents: rights under CCPA. The same email applies.
Retention
We retain inquiry and conversation data for 24 months from last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or by an active business relationship. Anonymized analytics are kept indefinitely.
